Basic Rates & Requirements:

~Parties of 100 people or less = $2,000 (minimum)

~If serving dinner after 5pm, additional $200

~Each additional group of 25 people is an extra $300.

~$500 non-refundable, required to hold the date.

~An 18% suggested gratuity is added before sales tax

~Sales Tax is applied to total (not including gratuity)

~Remaining 50% balance is due at least 90 days before

event date.

~Total balance due at least 7 days before the event

~Travel Rates, depending on distance, apply outside of greater Olympia metro area

~If paying with credit card, an additional 4% will be required

~Please plan on visiting our business before a date is

booked. You will need to make an appointment to meet

with the owner or manager to fully understand how we cater


For example:

~Pizza is served banquet style.

~Gluten free, vegetarian, vegan and possible allergies need

to be discussed.

~Special requests/favorite pizzas

~Keep in mind that there needs to be adequate space and

electrical access at the venue.

~The truck needs to be able to pull in and be on level ground

with about a 30 x 30 foot space.

~We will also need to visit the venue to be sure the site is workable with the Pizza Truck

*Food service is buffet style. Two tables are set up with pizza platters for the guests to serve themselves. One pizza will feed two or three people.

Pizzas are made fresh and cooked on site. At the time of our sit down meeting five different pizzas will picked by the event party. From these five pizzas we are able to make several different combos in addition to the original five. Gluten free, vegetarian, vegan and dairy free options are available upon request.

We meet withinterestedparties at our truck site to go over menu selections and options before the venue is set. If there is an event planner or coordinator available for the event, it helps if they are present for the meeting. We will not set a date until we have met with the event party in person, as they need to experience our set up to better understand our process.

The exact location of the venue is needed so we know if and how we will be able to set up the truck.
