Catering

Basic Rates & Requirements:

~Parties of 100 people or less = $2,300 (minimum)

~Each additional group of 25 people is another $400

~If serving dinner after 5pm, additional $200

~Travel rates apply outside of Olympia

~Sales Tax is applied

~20% gratuity is added

~$600 required to hold the date, non-refundable

~50% of remaining balance is due 90 daysbefore eventdate

~Total balance, now completely non-refundable, due 30 days before event date

~If paying with credit card, an additional 4% added

~Please plan on visiting our business before a date isbooked

~You will need to make an appointment to fully understand how we cater

~Keep in mind that there needs to be adequate space andelectrical access at the venue.

~The truck needs to be able to pull in and be on level groundwith about a 30 x 30 foot space

~We will also need to visit the venue to be sure the site is workable with the Pizza Truck. The truck needs to be able to drive in on a clear, accessible road without overhanging branches, and park on level ground

~Food is served buffet style. We do not serve guests at their tables

~Paper plates, napkins and disposable forks are provided, unless host wants to provide other disposables.

~We only clean up after ourselves.

~Host must provide adequate trash cans and clean up crew for their guests.

~Pizzas are made fresh and cooked on site.

~The Pizza Truck will be stocked with all of theingredients to make your chosen favorites along with many of our other pizzas

~Special requests, gluten free, vegetarian, vegan and dairy free options are available upon request

~We meet withinterestedparties at our restaurant to go over details and answer questions

~We will not book a date until we have met with the event party in person and feel confident that they understand our catering process
